Bryce's Beginnings
The business begins with a focus on helping people and businesses get organized and productive. The first website and email newsletter are launched via Godaddy.
Digital Marketing
A divine encounter at Java Brewing Company with Aaron Marshall, founder of the Over app. The business changes its focus to digital coaching and digital marketing.
Hubspot Partner
A shift in marketing is happening before our eyes and Hubspot has coined the term "inbound marketing." The Content Squad dba is born and the business becomes focused on ongoing marketing client work to compliment the WordPress website design business.
First Office and Team Member
The Content Squad moves into its first office off Plantside Drive alongside Miter Construction. Jessie D, our first employee is hired and payroll is established with ADP.
Partnerships in The Spirit
After they reconnect on Twitter a couple years before through their involvement in the online Wordpress community, Wayne Cox now joins Bryce as a business partner. They commit to build a foundation to grow the business to Glorify God.
East Point Office and Hubspot Gold Partner
The Squad moves into its second office and goes all in on Hubspot and becomes a Gold partner!
First Squad Intern
Josh Ahlers is hired as The Squad's first intern at the wee age of 16. He wastes no time jumping in and learning the trade to help us serve our clients. Josh is now our Project Manager and Website Property Manager for clients.
Middletown Office
The Squad moves into a new office and quickly makes it our own. With room to grow, we begin busting our records with tremendous sales growth.
GLI Finalist for Very Small Business of the Year
The Content Squad is no longer flying under the radar. The business is recognized by Greater Louisville, Inc as one of 6 finalists for Very Small Business of the Year. We did not win, but the experience was great for the team.
Becoming The Marketing Squad
The Content Squad transforms into The Marketing Squad in an effort to appeal to our broader base. The Content Squad was never just about content and The Marketing Squad now reflects the brand for all that it is, a comprehensive digital marketing agency.
