MobileFiT equips fitness centers with comprehensive member engagement and tracking technology through three apps that seamlessly manage the entire life-cycle of valued members: from new member enrollment and onboarding, to interactions with health coaches, to providing the technological “WOW” factor members love. MobileFiT is backed by proven science that shows how proper onboarding and engagement are essential for membership retention, which MobileFiT’s system helps to provide. From easy and streamlined onboarding, in-app messaging between coaches and members, easy workout recording and tracking, member marketing, and robust analytics, the MobileFiT platform addresses all of a fitness center’s needs.
When we first started working with MobileFiT, their website was difficult to navigate and understand. Few people could figure out what the products were and what they did. Also, their product offerings had been developed further to be more advanced, so the website needed some developments too. They also no longer wanted to have the navigation based on the products. The main way to understand the seamless transitions between the three apps was in the Meet Megan, which required a large amount of work to find and get though.
This required a website redesign, from the layout to the content. We wanted to show how tech savvy and user-friendly MobileFiT was while still showing the wide range or products and abilities of MobileFiT’s platforms. We also wanted to highlight MobileFiT’s technical side through graphic design and video.
The main goal of this website was to define who they are, generate leads, and rank properly for SEO purposes.
We did a thorough consultation to see the best way to reach and engage MobileFiT’s audience and goals. We created a plan for the project and a plan to generate leads post-launch.
Thus, we went through a website redesign, from changing the layout to writing new content. We targeted the audiences such as members, coaches/trainers, membership directors, and executives. The design now allows for easy identification while attracting each persona to the key features that fit their interests. We even did original graphics and video design to give the site a more welcoming and custom look that clearly defines the industry that MobileFiT is in. We gave further animation to the site for a more interactive feel. Meet Megan has also been updated to flow smoothly and effortlessly. Our team wanted the experience to be easy, but tech savvy, just like the MobileFiT’s products. Throughout the project, we made sure that the website and copy had the crucial SEO and keywords. Finally, we worked with MobileFiT to find the best solution for their lead generation and tracking needs.
