AffirmHealth is one of those companies with a simple tagline and a challenging mission: “Protect your patients. Protect your practice.”
Positioning themselves dead-set in the center of the nation’s opioid epidemic, they work to integrate software solutions for healthcare prescribers that will ensure legal regulations are properly met. That’s just putting it simply.
How the Partnership Began
Since discussions began with John Cole, COO, we have been privileged to begin a partnership and launch a brand new, shiny website for AffirmHealth. The platform they chose to build with was HubSpot; a familiar and capable place to begin. If you’ve followed us much over the past…forever…you know we have worked with HubSpot a lot.
HubSpot provides an extensive knowledge base, marketing analytics, website building platforms, and tools for sales, marketing, email, blogging, ads, and much more. HubSpot is also the self-proclaimed guru for all things inbound and digital marketing – and while a lot of competition has arisen over the years, they still have managed to maintain their kingdom on the hill.
Stepping up to the Challenge
One of the first questions we ask when beginning a website redesign is “What are the key reasons a visitor might have for coming to the site?” Sometimes the answer is simply for validity, sometimes it’s for marketing, or e-commerce, branding, or a mixture of everything.
John was interested in being a resource for his prospects and clients. On top of being a magnet for inbound leads and analytics, this became a fantastic reality. Their new Resources page is extensive and informative, and we eagerly took the challenge of making it easy to navigate without getting lost in the scrolls. Anchor links drop you to desired State categories, and a floating button follows the site as users navigate, allowing them to jump back to where they started if they ever need a quick overview.
Of course, we didn’t only make the site for the Resource page. The home-page, like all the home-pages we push out, is a landing-hub for the company. It clearly and cleanly tells the story of AffirmHealth, and what they do, speaking not only to their target audience – informed healthcare providers – but also to the layman who may be researching for a boss or simply for reference.
Integrated Inbound Marketing Methodologies
Their new site displays a fresh design, incorporates optimized CTAs and landing pages for lead-generation, delivers better articulation of what they do, and provides a resource section that includes all relevant information.
Just like AffirmHealth, our goal here at The Squad is to help protect our clients and their businesses. We do that in our design, and our writing, in our emails, and our websites, our campaigns, and marketing strategies. The days when a company could get away without a website are undeniably long gone, but many are still trudging along with little more than a domain and a tagline.
Likewise, the days when businesses would thrive without an online strategy are coming to a humble end. As that realization spreads, we strive to be there to partner with and guide them through the complicated realms of the digital world.
