Peyton Perkins

Director of Partner Marketing

Most business owners have plenty of marketing ideas and no clear plan. Peyton builds the plan. As Director of Partner Marketing at The Squad, she's the strategic lead on her clients' accounts, the one who listens to where a business is trying to go and turns that into campaigns that actually get it there. She sets the direction, guides the creative, and owns the results.

Marketing gets overwhelming fast, and the temptation is to throw everything at the wall and hope something sticks. Peyton won't let you do that. She starts with what you're actually trying to accomplish, builds a plan around it, and stays with you while it works. You're not handed a strategy and left to run it on your own. You have someone in your corner who knows your business and is accountable for where it goes.

Peyton is married to Mark, and they have a Standard Poodle named Bruno. Outside of work, she's usually cooking, gardening, out for a walk, or playing pickleball.

Q & A

How would you explain your job to a kindergartner?
I help brands get their names out to people like you so you can visit them and buy their toys!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an OBGYN!
What is the best gift you've ever given someone, and why?
I'd say the best gift I've given was a pair of aviator sunglasses I had engraved for my husband (who's a pilot). It was a wedding gift with our anniversary date on it, so it was something he'd actually use every day and felt really special.
What's a skill you have that isn't on your resume?
Making playlists!
If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
About Time, because it's the best, sweetest movie.
