Meet Claire – Our newest Marketing Manager!

We are excited to introduce you to Claire Michel, our newest marketing manager. Our partner clients may run into her at a monthly strategic meeting. Program clients may get to know her as she delivers for your business. In the meantime, here is Claire in her own words making her official introduction.

Hey!!

I was born in Fishers, Indiana, but moved to Crestwood when I was 5 years old. I graduated from Taylor University in May 2024 with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing and a minor in Spanish. I interned at Tandem Public Relations, a PR firm in downtown Louisville, during the summer of 2023. This experience helped me discover my passions for writing and storytelling. My PR internship also led me towards a career in Marketing, where I knew I could apply many of the same communication-related skills while also being able to exercise more creative freedom.

After first hearing about The Marketing Squad through a connection to the Raley family, I was immediately interested in joining the team. I knew this was a special place from the very beginning! I continue to be impressed with The Squad’s commitment to their core values and compelling storytelling. I feel so blessed and excited to work here!

Describe what you do at the Squad.

I am a Marketing Manager, so a lot of my job involves attending meetings, note taking, delegating tasks, and working with other team members to ensure we can deliver for our clients.

What’s your favorite thing about The Marketing Squad?

I love how friendly, relational, and welcoming everyone is. The coffee and snacks are a bonus, as well :)

What’s your favorite food?

Shrimp tacos! I also love vanilla cake.

Tell us about your family.

I have three siblings (Noah, Ben, and Elise) and a sister-in-law (Jackie). I Iove them all dearly! I am also very close with my parents and my boyfriend, Ryan.
